Guardian Vaults has launched a new secure document storage option from just $105 per annum. The service is intended for the safekeeping of highly important documents, such as wills, birth certificates, trust deeds, or legal and financial documents.
Each tamper evident security envelope has capacity up to 70 standard A4 sheets. The bags are sealed and signed by the client, before being placed into fire-resistant safes within the high security facilities of Guardian Vaults. Each safe custody envelope has a unique serial number and barcode assigned to the client’s account.
All document handling and storage takes place under CCTV security monitoring and is covered by the very same strict security procedures which safeguard all assets within the Guardian Vaults facilities.
Secure packets can be accessed any time to withdraw or add documents, with a new serial number being recorded each time the envelope is sealed and signed. There are no additional fees on top of the annual lease fee.
